Łacina późnośredniowiecznych ksiąg ławniczych Starej Warszawy
Łacina pełniła w Polsce średniowiecznej rolę języka urzędowego, w którym sporządzano m.in. wpisy w księgach sądowych. Dla użytkowników była już jednak wtedy językiem wyuczonym. W zależności od typu tekstu źródłowego można w niej obserwować mniejsze lub większe odstępstwa od norm łaciny klasycznej, a w tekstach niższego rejestru, takich jak księgi sądowe, niekiedy także wpływy języków wernakularnych. Prezentowana praca pokazuje, w jakim zakresie język ksiąg ławniczych Starej Warszawy z drugiej połowy XV i pierwszej połowy XVI wieku odzwierciedla cechy typowe dla polskiej łaciny średniowiecznej, a w jakim – specyficzne przede wszystkim dla konkretnego pisarza. Przedmiotem zainteresowania jest również relacja między łaciną jako głównym językiem ksiąg a pojawiającymi się w nich wstawkami w językach polskim i niemieckim.
